CE Class
Sterling Professional Education presents the 2027 contractor continuing education (CE) class. LUNCH IS INCLUDED! This course meets the requirements of MN DOLI for the required energy hour and business hour. It is also approved for 7 hours of real estate education. We will explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can help your business with marketing, contracts, estimating, and subcontractor compliance. Learn when the trucks and trailers you already own make you a motor carrier under MN DOT rules. Review building code items related to smoke alarms, attics, footings, and foundation drainage. Examine rigid insulation and whether continuous insulation provides a financial payback. Hear from professionals about how a Minnesota contracting business runs and where residential design trends are heading.
EPA Lead Certification
We are proud to teach the EPA RRP class. This 8-hour class is approved for your initial and renewed certification. It is also approved for 8 hours of MN residential contractor CE credit. This course is taught by experienced contractors who will provide practical and insightful information. This course is regulated by the EPA and a 25-question test must be passed in order to receive your certified renovator certificate, along with your MN DOLI and MN DOC Continuing education credit.
Exam Prep
Our Minnesota Contractor Exam Prep class is a two-day, in-person course offered to contractors preparing for the Minnesota General, Remodelers, or Roofing Contractors Exam. Taught by an experienced professional with more than 20 years’ experience in pre-licensing and continuing education, this course ensures you have everything you need to succeed.
