Course Description:

Welcome to the 2025 MN Contractor Update class.

In this years class we will be talking about the need for a business plan, how to bid properly and we will discuss the ROI of common remodeling projects. Also we talk about some building code items, proper ventilation of walls and attics and discuss some recent law changes that affect our industry.

This class is approved for 7 hours of MN contractor CE credits and includes both the 1 hr energy and 1 hr business requirements.
