Course Description:

Welcome to the 2024 MN Contractor Update class.

If you missed taking a class last year than this course plus our 2025 update class will get you your required 14 hours.

This year’s course covers MN specific business administration information for contractors from chapter 1300 in the 2020 MN residential code book. We talk about building code requirements from chapters 2-6 of the building code. Our energy component focuses on how to measure energy and determine energy loss in the building envelope and how to assess our clients homes to provide a plan to improve energy efficiency.

This class in approved for 7 hours of MN contractor CE credits and includes both the 1 hr energy and 1 hr business requirements.
